Cucumber-feta Salsa With Pita Chips

Ingredients

- 3 (8 inch) pita bread, split in half
- cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cubed seeded peeled cucumbers
- 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 8 lemon wedges
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 to prepare pita chips, cut each pita half into 8 wedges.
- 3 arragne wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- 4 lightly coat pita wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp.
