Simple Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained (or whatever fruit you wish to use)
- 5 slices bread
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 place fruit in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 3 cut the crust off the bread and cut each slice into 5 strips.
- 4 place bread strips over the peaches.
- 5 in a medium bowl mix sugar, flour, egg, and margarine. blend well and pour over the bread strips.
- 6 bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
