Quick & Easy Ginger Muffins

Total Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix wet ingredients in food processor. add premixed dry ingredients. blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.
  • 2 to bake, preheat oven to 375°f grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. bake at once in a preheated 375f oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
