Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix wet ingredients in food processor. add premixed dry ingredients. blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.
- 2 to bake, preheat oven to 375°f grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. bake at once in a preheated 375f oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
