Quick & Easy Chili- Yum!!!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 instant minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, undrained (i had mexican style chili beans)
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, brown ground beef. drain & add back into the pot.
- 2 while the ground beef is cooking, add all the dried seasoning in a small mixing bowl.
- 3 once the ground beef is browned, add the seasoning & water. stir & bring to a gentle boil for up to 2 minutes.
- 4 add chili beans & tomato sauce.
- 5 stir & let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- 6 serve with shredded cheddar cheese & some cornbread or crackers.
