Quick & Easy Chili- Yum!!!

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 instant minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, undrained (i had mexican style chili beans)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot, brown ground beef. drain & add back into the pot.
  • 2 while the ground beef is cooking, add all the dried seasoning in a small mixing bowl.
  • 3 once the ground beef is browned, add the seasoning & water. stir & bring to a gentle boil for up to 2 minutes.
  • 4 add chili beans & tomato sauce.
  • 5 stir & let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6 serve with shredded cheddar cheese & some cornbread or crackers.
