Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 16 ounces pumpkin, pureed
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup currants
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spray 2 9x5x3 loaf pans.
- 3 sift dry ingredients together.
- 4 mix sugar, oil, water, eggs and pumpkin together.
- 5 stir in dry ingredients.
- 6 mix in pecans and currants.
- 7 divide batter between pans and bake until tests done.
