Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 grind oatmeal in a food processor or blender.
- 3 in a large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 4 in a separate bowl, dissolve honey in oil then stir in milk.
- 5 combine both mixtures and stir.
- 6 turn out onto a lightly loiled baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
