Low/no Calorie Cinnamon Toast Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon i can't believe it's not butter! spray (10-15 sprays)

Recipe

  • 1 spray bread thoroughly with butter spray.
  • 2 shake on cinnamon to taste.
  • 3 cover toast with two packets of splenda and toast!
