- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package mexican cornbread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, drained
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 melt butter in casserole dish. stir in sour cream, add both corns, add corn bread mix and stir together until just mixed. bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or unti center is set.
