Baked Savory Brie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 16 ounces brie round, with rind
  • 4 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 unroll cresent rolls, and split into two sheets of four. press seams together so that you don't have holes.
  • 3 spread 2 tbsp of honey mustard on one side of rolls, and sprinkle with 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
  • 4 place brie, with rind on, in the middle of the rolls with the mixture on the bottom.
  • 5 spread remaining mustard on top and sides of brie, and sprinkle remaining sugar on top.
  • 6 take the other sheet of rolls, and place on top of brie. press the sides together so that the brie is completely encased.
  • 7 bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are a nice brown color.
  • 8 serve with crackers, chips, or bread. we prefer triscuit crackers.
