Ingredients

- 1/4 cup egg
- 1 slice turkey bacon (butterball everday)
- 1 slice fat-free american cheese (borden)
- 2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice)
- tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook egg in non stick pan with cooking spray.
- 2 microwave bacon for 60 seconds.
- 3 toast bread in toaster.
- 4 assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power.
