Low Cal Breakfast Sandwich

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup egg
  • 1 slice turkey bacon (butterball everday)
  • 1 slice fat-free american cheese (borden)
  • 2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice)
  • tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cook egg in non stick pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 microwave bacon for 60 seconds.
  • 3 toast bread in toaster.
  • 4 assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power.
