- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked medium noodles, drained
- 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 cream the cheese with the eggs, sugar and salt.
- 2 stir in the noodles.
- 3 turn into a buttered 8 inch ring mold.
- 4 sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned.
- 6 unmold carefully.
