Herb Casserole Bread

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 ounce) packet dry active yeast
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 combine first seven ingredients using only 1 cup of the flour (save the rest).
- 2 heat milk, cheese, sugar, and butter on stovetop till warm.
- 3 add both mixtures plus egg in a large mixing bowl.
- 4 beat at low speed 30 seconds.
- 5 beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- 6 add remaining flours and beat till smooth.
- 7 knead 1 minute.
- 8 cover and let rise about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- 9 place dough into a well greased 8" casserole dish.
- 10 let rise until doubled.
- 11 bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
