Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 red potatoes
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons powdered milk

Recipe

  • 1 slice potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 5 wedges
  • 2 combine breadcrumbs and seasonings in a bowl
  • 3 in a separate bowl, combine eggs and milk powder and mix well
  • 4 dip each wedge into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture
  • 5 place breaded wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet or baking stone
  • 6 bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, flip wedges, and bake for 20 minutes more
  • 7 serve hot from the oven
