Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 1/2 lbs ground round
• 2/3 cup cracker crumb
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon sage
• onion, diced
• salt
• pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine all ingredients for meat loaf. place in bread pan.
• 2 cover meat with topping. bake for 45 minutes.
