Comoros Vegetarian Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (wide style is best)
  • 1 -2 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced (or 1/2 an english cucumber)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 slice a baguette in half lengthwise.
  • 2 spread with a thin(or thick) layer of mayonnaise.
  • 3 next, place juicy slices of ripe tomatoes. the juices will seep into the bread a bit and make for excellent flavor.
  • 4 add the cucumber slices.
  • 5 add a layer of hard-boiled eggs.
  • 6 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7 cover with the top half of the bread and cut sandwich in half.
  • 8 eat up!
