Ingredients

- 225 g self-raising flour
- 50 g butter (cubed)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- garlic seasoning (to taste)
- ground sea salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- parmesan cheese (grated)
- smoked cheddar cheese (grated)
- mozzarella cheese (sliced)
- ham (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 turn on the oven to 200°c.
- 2 pizza base.
- 3 place butter, flour and baking powder into mixing bowl.
- 4 add the butter and rub in until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- 5 break egg into the milk and beat together.
- 6 add this mixture, a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and resembles dough.
- 7 divide the dough in half and form into rounds.
- 8 roll each one out and place on a greased baking tray.
- 9 brush the edges of each base with milk.
- 10 bake in the oven for 8 mins
- 11 leave oven on for baking the toppings.
- 12 for tomato sauce.
- 13 place tomato puree and tomato ketchup into a saucepan.
