Peasants Pizza

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 225 g self-raising flour
  • 50 g butter (cubed)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • garlic seasoning (to taste)
  • ground sea salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • parmesan cheese (grated)
  • smoked cheddar cheese (grated)
  • mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • ham (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 turn on the oven to 200°c.
  • 2 pizza base.
  • 3 place butter, flour and baking powder into mixing bowl.
  • 4 add the butter and rub in until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • 5 break egg into the milk and beat together.
  • 6 add this mixture, a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and resembles dough.
