Bowatche's Cornbread

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- olive oil (as needed)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven 425. combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cormeal.
- 2 combine the yogurt, eggs and oil.
- 3 combine both.
- 4 pour into a sprayed 9x9 baking dish.
- 5 drizzle with a little more oil.
- 6 bake 25-30 minutes.
- 7 let cool completely before slicing.
