Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 2 quarts potatoes, riced and hot
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet.
- 2 add onions and celery.
- 3 cook stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
- 4 add seasoning.
- 5 cook about 3 minutes longer.
- 6 add to remaining ingredients and mix well.
