Potato Scones

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup warm mashed potatoes
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients until throoughly blended.
- 2 turn the dough onto a floured board and divide into three.
- 3 roll into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- 4 cut each circle into 6 wedges.
- 5 preheat a frying pan or griddle over moderate heat. cast iron works great.
- 6 sprinkle the griddle with flour and cook each circle for about 5 minutes, until the edges begin to brown turning once to cook both sides.
