Jiffy Spoon Bread

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together except cheese.
  • 2 spread evenly in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  • 3 bake at 350° degrees for 35 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven.
  • 5 sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 6 return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
