Ingredients

- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 mix all together except cheese.
- 2 spread evenly in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- 3 bake at 350° degrees for 35 minutes.
- 4 remove from oven.
- 5 sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6 return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
