Ham And Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain and return macaroni to saucepan.
- 2 add butter and stir until melted.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients except paprika.
- 4 pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow cassserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
