Ham And Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain and return macaroni to saucepan.
  • 2 add butter and stir until melted.
  • 3 stir in remaining ingredients except paprika.
  • 4 pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow cassserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
