- 14 ounces frozen molukhia (1 pack of molokhiya)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
Recipe
- 1 put the butter in a pan & on a low heat, cook the molokhiya from frozen until heated through.
- 2 add the minced garlic, salt & coriander. cook for a couple more minutes then serve with fresh flat bread / toasted pita etc. do not allow to boil.
