Paula's Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into small pieces
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrost and squeeze drain the spinach
- 1 cup mayonnaise (can use reduced fat - do not use fat free)
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 mix mayonnaise and cheese together.
- 2 then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 heat oven to 350ºf.
- 4 bake covered for 25-30 minutes.
- 5 bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
- 6 serve with wheat crackers, tortillas, or rye bread.
