Lemon Cream Cheese French Toast

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese or 8 ounces soft fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 small plain french bread

Recipe
