Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 grease (i use butter) two 8x4 loaf pans.
- 3 mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 split batter between the loaf pans.
- 6 bake for 1 hour.
